We offer five comfortable apartments in a seaside villa located in the very first line by the sea, right next to a beautiful pebble beach in the charming coastal village of Bibinje, in the heart of Dalmatia, just a few minutes from Zadar.

The three-storey villa provides maximum comfort and privacy. On the ground floor, there is an apartment with direct access to the garden, while the upper floors each feature two apartments with spacious, shaded loggias. In summer, these become the natural centre of daily life – a perfect place for shared breakfasts, relaxation, and evening gatherings with breathtaking sea views.

Family-friendly accommodation

Our apartments offer plenty of space and privacy for 4 to 6 guests. Each features two to three separate bedrooms – one with a comfortable double bed and, if needed, additional rooms with separate single beds. An ideal solution for families as well as groups of friends.

Excellent amenities

The apartments are fully equipped to ensure a peaceful and carefree holiday. Fresh bed linen, towels, and bath towels are provided as standard. The kitchenette includes all the necessary cookware and equipment for both cooking and shared dining. Each bathroom features a walk-in shower, and every apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and a television.

Carefree comfort

You will most likely spend most of your time on the spacious, fully shaded terrace with a large dining table. From here, you can enjoy beautiful sea views while always keeping an eye on your children as they swim.

The accommodation also includes a private garden, perfect for sunbathing, relaxing with a glass of wine, or enjoying an evening barbecue. Your apartment will always be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. A private parking space is available directly on the property, so you can enjoy your stay completely worry-free.
